David A. Feinerman is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of New York and in the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts of New York. As a sole practitioner, he has handled numerous personal injury cases, including, but not limited to automobile and slip and fall accidents. David always fights hard for his clients and helps them recover the compensation they deserve. He has experience handling employment and labor law matters, which include wage and overtime disputes under both the New York labor Law and the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act. David takes a personal approach to each of his clients and he believes that his clients deserve to have their day in Court.<\/p>\n\n

David was born and raised in New York. He has the understanding, experience and knowledge necessary to protect the rights of his clients. Since he first began practicing law in 1986, David has represented clients in various areas of the law. In the early years of his practice, David worked for a Real Estate firm in Manhattan representing both landlords and tenants in many landlord\/tenant disputes in both the Housing Courts of the City of New York and the Supreme Court of the State of New York. He also handled other Real Estate matters, from closings to coop\/condominium issues.<\/p>\n\n

David later worked for a general practice firm in downtown Brooklyn. He expanded his practice by representing clients in various Family Law matters. He handled divorces, custody matters, visitation disputes and child support claims. He also was admitted to the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts, where he filed many personal Bankruptcy Chapter 7 Liquidation Petitions on behalf of his clients. David also assisted his clients in resolving their financial and consumer debts as an alternative to filing a Bankruptcy Petition. David has taken the knowledge learned from his law firm experience and expanded it to his private practice. David has been in private practice for over 20 years.<\/p>\n\n

Attorney David A. Feinerman earned his Juris Doctorate from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Long Island, New York.
